7 Little Moments {Day1 Blogtoberfest}

I follow a few overseas blogs and one ive been following for a couple of years now is "The Glamerous Life of A house wife".  Whitney lives in the United States and is married with one son and is currently expecting her second baby. I stole borrowed this idea from her to do '7 little moments". I think it will be a regular thing on my blog.

Friday 23th September

A family dinner in honour of my lovely stepdaughter Loz. She was heading off the next day for a school trip to Italy. Lucky girl!

Saturday 24th September

A daytrip to visit my mum. Riley woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day but i managed to get this photo anyway!  It was a good day despite his grumpiness :)

Monday 26th September

Two of my favourite magazines subscriptions arrived today. Country Style & G green living made easy

Ive even managed to read both!

Tuesday 27th September

Some pretty spring flowers from my neglected garden. The lilac smells gorgeous when i walk past.

Wednesday 28th September

A trip to the playground. It was cold and a bit windy but the sun was out. Riley had fun, i always feel guilty that i don't take hime enough. Now that the weather is warming up ill try make it a regular outing.

Friday 30th September

The first bud on my friendship rose. This rose was given to me by a beautiful friend at my Daughter Amy's funeral. The rose is to symbolise the friendship that Amy & Milla had - from tiny babies to grown up girls. It has the prettiest pink flowers and it looks like it will be covered in them which makes me really happy :)

Sunday 2nd of October

The dogs took us for a walk today. There was lots of stick collecting, barking and puffing. It was good to get out of the house and clear my head. I love daylight savings. Im going to try to walk 3-4 times a week now. I have no excuses!
